Crossways has been providing strategic advice to Capital & Counties plc on this major London regeneration project since 2011. We have assisted in securing often complex agreements with various 3rd party landowners, including Network Rail. 

​WALWORTH BUSINESS PARK, ANDOVER

​​Crossways has been appointed development manager on this major business park located in Andover, on bhalf of Kier Property and Test Valley Borough Council since 2011. Our role has included acting as project managers on the refurbishment/part development of 2 industrial buildings as well as co-ordinating the proposed expansion of the business park through recently securing planning approval for over 400,000 sq ft of B1, B2 & B8 accommodation.

​In addition, we are in the process of securing planning approval for a convenience food store, together with 3 fast service restuarant units.

​EDUCATION CONSULTANCY

​Crossways has been providing education consultancy advice to a number of landowners/developers on major strategic land and garden village developments. In some cases this has led to identifying school proposers and assisting them with setting up new Free Schools which form an important element of the subsequent master planning of major residential developments.
