Since 2011, Crossways have been appointed as development managers for Kier Ventures to bring forward development on a number of vacant plots on this major business park in Andover. We have assisted in delivering marketing strategies to rebrand and promote this former industrial estate into a thriving and vibrant multi-use business park.
In addition, we have project managed a refurbishment of an existing industrial building and we are currently managing a planning application for a further 490,000 sq ft of new industrial development together with a retail development.
The Rotunda, Kingston
Previous involvement in this major leisure development in the centre of Kingston incorporated a multiplex cinema, health club, bowling and bars & restaurants.
